ERP systems are not only necessary in large companies. Small and medium-sized companies also need a central system for the entire enterprise. But the selection process often seems like an endless hurdle for small and medium-sized companies. As a result, workflows are again mapped with the help of Excel and Word. An agile approach can increase the transparency and speed of implementation of an ERP system.
